Shop terms

What you are agreeing to when you buy something here.

Who you are buying from

The Transformation Edge Ltd, ABN 68 166 008 377, of Unit 1, 2 Harford Street, Jamisontown NSW 2750. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean our church.

What we sell

Clothing, such as the RAIN 2026 range, and books, including titles by our Senior Pastors. Some things are shown as coming soon before they can be ordered. Nothing can be bought until it shows a price and an "Add to basket" button.

Prices and GST

Every price shown includes GST. The figure on the product page is the figure you pay for that item, and delivery, where it applies, is shown separately before you pay.

We are registered for GST, so your receipt from Stripe shows the GST component and carries our ABN. Keep it: that is your tax invoice.

Paying

Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. No payment details are entered on this site and we never see or hold them. Your order is placed when Stripe confirms the payment, not when you add something to a basket.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you and either refund you in full or ask whether you want it at the right price. We will not simply charge you more.

If, after you have paid, we find we cannot supply something you ordered, we will tell you and refund that item in full. The rest of your order stands, unless you would rather cancel it, in which case we refund all of it.

Colours, pictures and sizes

Pictures show the design. Some are mockups made before a garment is printed, and colours on a screen can differ a little from the real thing. A small difference in shade is not a fault. A garment that is not what we described is, and the section on faults below applies to it.

Clothing comes in fits, such as unisex, women's and kids, each with its own sizes. The size guide on each product page says which sizes a fit comes in. If you are between sizes, ask us before you order and we will help you choose.

Getting your order

Collect at our Sunday gathering. Free. Ask at the welcome desk. We hold orders for four weeks. We do not need a postal address for a collection, so we do not ask for one.

Posting. Not available yet. Orders are collected at our Sunday gathering for now.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Once an order is with the carrier, its timing is not something we control, though we will chase anything that goes astray.

Exchanges and changing your mind

Clothing can be exchanged for a different size or fit where we have it, unworn and unwashed, with the receipt. Get in touch first so we can put the size aside rather than you making a trip for nothing.

We are not required to refund a change of mind, and for a small range like this one we generally offer an exchange rather than a refund. For a book, talk to us. None of this affects anything in the next section.

If something is faulty, damaged or wrong

Tell us and we will put it right. Depending on how serious the problem is, that means a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the cost of returning it. That covers a book with missing or damaged pages as much as a garment with a flawed print.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Refunds go back to the card or account used to pay, through Stripe.

What we hold about an order

For a collection we hold your name and your email address. For a posted order we also hold the delivery address and a phone number for the carrier. Stripe holds the payment record. Our privacy policy says how long we keep things and who to ask about them.

This is a purchase, not a gift

Buying from our shop supports our church, but it is a purchase. It is not a deductible gift and no gift receipt is issued for it. If you meant to give, the giving page is the place, and it explains how receipting works there.
